HOW I WORK
LEARN ABOUT MY PROCESS
My services are anything but cookie-cutter – each trip is curated to your desires, even if you aren’t even sure where you want to go. My planning process helps turn your “just an idea” of a once-in-a-lifetime trip into reality.
CALL
The first step in learning about each other is to explore your goals and ideas. This will help uncover the hidden nuggets in your mind that will help assure your trip is a success. Following the call, you will be sent some terms and conditions, credit card authorizations and a basic outline of how we can work together.
RESEARCH
Once all of the electronic information has been returned, I will begin the research to plan your perfect trip. This will include those tucked-away sites that allow you to immerse yourself in the local culture, behind-the-scenes tours, private dinners at hard-to-get tables, unique hotels in the perfect spot, or the best-located suite on your next cruise.
DESIGN
This is the fun part, where we review the various proposals for services; hotels, flights, tours, transfers, meals and other services. From this we develop an itinerary, agree on pricing of components, and then begin the overall process of securing air, lodging, etc.
ENJOY
As your trip nears, you will get a formal itinerary with all of the information and insights you need to have a relaxing, educational, adventure-packed, or culturally immersive trip. Then you get to go enjoy your vacation, knowing all the details have been thought through and if there should be any issue on your trip you have the support of a huge network of folks that can help resolve any issues..

PROFESSIONAL FEES
NO TWO TRIPS ARE THE SAME AND NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME.
The professional fees charged are based on the complexity of the booking process. It is okay if all you need is a hotel or just advice on options. Having travelled the world and been to all 50 states at least twice, I have the knowledge and know how to help you work through the simple or quite complex needs of any vacation. We will discuss fees during our first call and arrive at a transparent and fair fee structure.
